One AI, a different playbook for every ad, post, and link
Your client’s AI stops being one-size-fits-all
Until now a client’s AI ran one prompt and one set of rules for everything it touched. This release breaks that apart: every channel — and every post, ad, story, and link inside it — can be tuned on its own. Alongside it: a regrouped dashboard, follow-ups you write yourself, and a stack of fixes.
A different playbook per source
The new Automations page lays a client’s setup out as a hierarchy — the main bot at the top, each channel under it, and each object under that: a specific post, a specific ad, a story, an ig.me link. Anything you leave unset inherits from the level above, so you only tune what’s different: a discount-code prompt on one ad, a booking-first flow on another, a stricter handoff rule on the link in bio. See Lead attribution for how a conversation gets pinned to the source it came from, and Ad posts and ig.me links for the object types worth setting up first.
A client’s posts and ads show up on their own
Facebook page posts now sync automatically, and Instagram media is pulled the moment you connect a client’s account. When you go to point an automation at a specific post, the list is already there — no digging for IDs in Meta’s interface. On mobile, the Instagram list is filtered down to the posts you actually have access to.
Follow-ups you can write yourself
Follow-up messages used to be hardcoded. The follow-up prompt is now yours to edit, with a preview — so you can read what a client’s lead would actually receive before it ever goes out, in the dashboard or on your phone.
Less hunting around the dashboard
The sidebar is grouped into AI Agent and CRM, which matches how you actually move: set the AI up, then work the leads it brings in. The Automations pages carry short guides inline, right where the settings are, so you’re not opening docs in a second tab — and they’re now fully translated. Page loaders were redesigned so the dashboard stops flashing empty while it loads. Take the interface tour if the new layout looks unfamiliar.
The mobile app (1.29.0) picks up the same automations model — per-post, per-ad, and per-session setup — plus the follow-up prompt editor, an aligned Co-Worker interface, and polish across audio recording and the automation flows.
The chat widget, lighter and more embeddable
The widget now supports frame and opened-page modes, so it can sit inside a client’s page instead of only floating in the corner — useful for landing pages built around a single conversation. Intercom was pulled out of the widget entirely, so it loads lighter, and the widget API now accepts the full set of contact attributes you pass it. Setup lives in Connecting the Widget.
