Co-Worker takes on reporting, setup checks, and lookups
Four more things you can just ask for
This release is all Co-Worker. Four jobs that used to mean clicking through a client’s settings — or opening a report — are now one question in chat.
Ask for the number instead of opening a report
Co-Worker can now tell you how many new contacts a client picked up over a period you name: yesterday, last week, this month. Useful when you’re prepping a client check-in and need one figure, not a dashboard.
”Is this client’s calendar actually connected?”
Co-Worker now knows the Google Calendar sync state, so it can answer straight whether booking is live for a client or the connection has dropped. One less thing to verify by hand when a client says meetings aren’t landing in their calendar — see Booking & calendar for the full setup.
Set a client’s timezone by asking
A company’s timezone is what makes working hours mean anything — it decides when outside-hours mode kicks in and which slots the bot offers for bookings. You can now change it by telling Co-Worker, instead of going to find the setting.
Phone lookups that survive a missing country code
Searching conversations by phone number now matches partially. Type the number the way the client wrote it down — no country code, no formatting — and you still land on the right contact instead of an empty result.
