Every lead arrives with context — and you hear about it instantly

This month’s updates are all about speed between “the AI qualified a lead” and “your team closed it”: structured handoff summaries in Live Chat, a New Lead push notification, a clearer view of each client’s AI setup, and a stack of fixes.

Lead summaries at handoff

When the AI hands a conversation over to a human, Live Chat now shows a structured summary of the lead — who they are, what they’re looking for, and the answers they gave during qualification. Your team picks up client conversations with full context instead of scrolling back through the whole thread.

Never miss a fresh lead

• New Lead notification. The moment the AI qualifies a lead and hands it off, you get a push notification — so hot leads for your clients get a reply while they’re still on their phone.
• Notification settings. Choose exactly which notification types you want to receive, per device.

Your AI setup, in plain language

• Redesigned Co-Worker home. The assistant’s main page has been rebuilt around what you actually do: checking a client’s setup and fixing it fast.
• See the live AI configuration. A new section shows how the AI is currently set up for a client — in plain words, not settings screens — and you can change it just by chatting with Co-Worker.
• Localized navigation. Co-Worker now gives navigation directions in your dashboard language, not just English.

Comment automations from your phone

The mobile app (1.26–1.27) now lets you set up automatic replies to comments: pick a client’s posts, create comment reply rules, and manage it all on the go. Plus dozens of polish fixes across chat and dark mode.

Fixes

• Instagram Reels and video posts now load their previews reliably when you pick content for automations.
• CSV contact imports no longer fail on columns without a name — map what you need, skip the rest.
• Fixed duplicated keywords in comment reply rules.
• The AI no longer takes a conversation back after you’ve assigned it to a teammate.
