Choose your first client
Sell your first SAL service · Step 1 of 5
The playbook is already chosen. Now choose a client where its entry point exists, the handoff is simple, and the first improvement can be measured without inventing revenue.
The client-fit checklist
Score clients against five checks:
- The playbook has a real entry point. Paid or social intent already reaches WhatsApp or Direct.
- The first response is still manual or inconsistent. A busy owner, receptionist, or salesperson carries the queue.
- Qualification is observable. You can see which questions are asked and what context reaches sales.
- A person can own the handoff. SAL qualifies; the client’s team continues the valuable conversations.
- One operating outcome can be measured. First-response time, qualified handoffs, bookings, or another outcome the client already records.
Three or more checks means the client is a practical first launch.
Skip for the first deployment
- There is no active source of inquiries yet.
- The path is checkout-only and has no conversation step.
- Nobody on the client’s side can take a qualified handoff.
- The first useful version depends on a custom CRM, catalog, or data integration that is not ready.
A sales team or CRM is not an automatic reason to skip. Keep the first scope narrow: response, qualification, recovery, and a clear human handoff.
Compare three candidates in Coworker
Paste the three public handles or URLs. Coworker should compare them against this checklist, name the strongest first case, and keep unknown operating facts explicitly unknown.
Help me choose the best first client for this SAL playbook. Ask me for three public handles or URLs, score each against the client-fit checklist, and recommend one without inventing private metrics.Your output from this step is one selected client, the evidence supporting that choice, and a short list of facts to confirm with the client.
