Sell your first SAL service · Step 2 of 5

Build one defined conversion path for one client. This step creates a draft for pricing and evidence review. It is not a generic business audit, and it is not ready to send yet.

Generate in Coworker

The Funnel Finder’s primary action opens Coworker and copies this brief automatically. If you landed here directly, use the same one-click action:

Build it from client context

1

Add the client

Add a relevant public profile or site: Instagram, another social profile, or a landing page. Then identify the real source of inquiries and where the conversation continues.

2

Answer the commercial intake

Give Coworker facts the client or agency actually knows: current channels, response ownership, qualification questions, after-hours behavior, follow-up, handoff destination, and any outcome the client already records.

3

Keep the selected scope

The proposal should describe the selected playbook, the current path, the first deployable package, and the human handoff. Do not let it expand into unrelated automation work.

4

Generate the draft

The output should make four things clear: what is publicly observable today, what SAL will change, what the agency delivers, and which baseline evidence still needs to be collected. A complete CCS is added only after the evidence step.

Before you price it

  • Separate evidence types. Public-profile facts, client-supplied facts, observations, and estimates should not look interchangeable.
  • Remove unsupported numbers. If the client did not provide a number and you did not observe it, do not present it as fact.
  • Keep the human role visible. SAL responds and qualifies; a person sells or completes the service handoff.
  • Leave price as a decision. Use the selected market as guidance in the next step, then confirm scope before the client sees it.
  • Keep the draft label visible. The proposal is prepared value, not a sent offer or live implementation.
